Retail District Manager

Recruit, hire, train, and develop store managers and sales representatives to maximize gross profit and key performance metrics. Lead by example as the face of the organization to internal and external partners, maintaining in-store presentation standards and resolving customer concerns as the first point of escalation. Build strong relationships with carrier personnel, funnel senior management communications to all staff, and ensure asset protection through established policies. Manage scheduling to meet business needs while traveling within your territory. Requires open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; 2 years of retail sales and leadership experience preferred.
