Job Summary
Install and update sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays following planograms and client directives. Buildouts, resets, and display repairs performed for multiple brands (Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, HP) with travel up to 90 miles from home. Work with a team (2+ people) on certain installations; manage documentation via mobile apps; maintain client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality execution. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, own mobile device, and willingness to travel; weekend work is optional and some positions include paid training and mileage reimbursement. Compensation is $16.50 per hour. Scheduling may vary by project with flexible self-scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older (age requirement)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required
- Experience in installation and merchandising is beneficial but not mandatory
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data
- Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet and lift up to 60 lbs
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work autonomously
- Prior experience with planograms and client directives preferred
