Job Summary
Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays at venues within 90 miles of your residence. Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs while following planograms and client directives. Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other equipment; update operating systems and software. Troubleshoot hardware issues, capture photos to document work, and maintain a safe work area. Respond to field services management within 24 hours, complete assigned jobs on schedule, and submit accurate timecards. Maintain availability for Monday–Friday shifts with flexible scheduling, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have current auto insurance
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must be willing to travel up to 90 miles from your residence
- Must be able to climb ladders up to 10 feet
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs
- Must be able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device
- Must be able to successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently
- Must be able to download mobile apps, follow digital work instructions, and upload photos
- Must be comfortable using hand tools and technology
- Must be able to provide and use: Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB-A / C adapter)
- Must be able to use a smartphone with a current operating system and active data plan
- Must be able to complete a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening
- Must be available for weekend assignments as needed
- Must be available for early morning and late-night availability as needed
- Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period
- Must be able to respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (typically within 24 hours)
- Must be able to accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
- Must be able to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Must be able to adjust to the ever-changing variety of tasks and work environments
- Must have effective communication abilities, primarily via phone, text, and email
- Must be able to accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/ workflows
- Must be able to complete training and certification programs
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail or merchandising experience
- Installation and merchandising experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tool usage
- Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
- Superior leadership skills
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively
- Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills
