Job Summary
Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays while following planograms and client directives. Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs, including installing and servicing TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other equipment. Troubleshoot hardware and display issues, update operating systems, and replace graphics and pricing materials. Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device and maintain a clean, organized work area. Respond to field services management within 24 hours, complete all assigned jobs on schedule, and submit accurate timecards. Maintain availability for Monday–Friday work with flexible scheduling between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., including occasional weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from your residence
- Ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs
- Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device
- Must be able to successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently
- Must complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame
- Must provide and use: Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB-A / C adapter)
- Must be comfortable downloading mobile apps, following digital work instructions, and uploading photos to document completed assignments
- Must be able to respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (typically within 24 hours)
- Must be available for weekend assignments as needed
- Must be available for early morning and late-night availability as needed
- Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period
- Must be able to accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
- Must be able to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Must demonstrate superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills
- Must be capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills
- Must be able to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively
- Must be able to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail or merchandising experience
- Installation and merchandising experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tool usage
- Ability to adjust to the ever-changing variety of tasks and work environments
- Effective communication abilities, primarily via phone, text, and email
- Ability to use a smartphone for various tasks, such as clocking in and out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet
- Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
- Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively
- Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills
- Ability to adjust to the ever-changing variety of tasks and work environments
