Job Summary
Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays at various locations within 90 miles. Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs while following planograms and client directives. Troubleshoot hardware and display issues, update operating systems on interactive kiosks, and capture work documentation via mobile device. Respond to field services management within 24 hours, submit timecards, and complete required forms after each job. Maintain a clean work area and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, and Google professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have current auto insurance
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must be willing to travel up to 90 miles from your residence
- Must be able to climb ladders up to 10 feet
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs
- Must be able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device
- Must be able to successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently
- Must be able to download mobile apps, follow digital work instructions, and upload photos
- Must be able to use a smartphone with a current operating system and active data plan
- Must be comfortable using hand tools and technology
- Must be able to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
- Must be able to use Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, and 256G USB
- Must be able to install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment
- Must be able to update operating systems and software on display devices
- Must be able to install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials
- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues
- Must be able to capture and upload photos to document completed work
- Must be able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Must be able to respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact)
- Must be able to keep their availability updated and accurate
- Must be able to fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
- Must be able to complete necessary forms / surveys associated with each job/assignment
- Must be able to maintain and update displays according to planograms/ client requests
- Must be able to conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional
- Must be able to participate in early morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people
- Must be able to manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines
- Must be able to accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/ workflows
- Must be available for weekend assignments as needed
- Must be available for early morning and late-night availability as needed
- Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period
- Must be able to accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to participate and complete training and certification programs
- Must be able to effectively communicate primarily via phone, text, and email
- Must be able to clock in and out, take and upload photos, download applications, and connect to the internet using a smartphone
- Must be able to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively
- Must be capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills
- Must have effective communication abilities
- Must be able to follow all directives as provided
- Must be able to work closely within the shared services team

- Must have willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily
- Must be able to complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame
- Must be able to work collaboratively and autonomously
