Job Summary
Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays while following planograms and client directives. Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs, including installing TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and updating their operating systems. Troubleshoot hardware and display issues, then capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device. Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate with field services management within 24 hours of contact. Fully complete all assigned jobs on schedule, submit necessary forms and surveys, and track activity via designated systems. Work independently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to timelines and providing solution feedback for team installations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have current auto insurance
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must be willing to travel up to 90 miles from your residence
- Must be able to climb ladders up to 10 feet
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs
- Must be able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device
- Must be able to successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently
- Must be able to download mobile apps, follow digital work instructions, and upload photos
- Must be able to use a smartphone with a current operating system and active data plan
- Must be comfortable using hand tools and technology
- Must be able to provide and use: Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB-A / C adapter)
- Must be able to complete a background check
- Must be able to complete Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
- Must be able to complete a drug screening
- Must be available for weekend assignments as needed
- Must be available for early morning and late-night availability as needed
- Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period
- Must be able to accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
- Must be able to respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (typically within 24 hours)
- Must be able to complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame
- Must be able to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Must have effective communication abilities, primarily via phone, text, and email
- Must be able to accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/ workflows
- Must be able to adhere to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission
- Must be able to report anomalies daily with needed corrections
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
