Job Summary
Retail Display Installer – Technology responsible for installing and updating sales floor fixtures/endcaps, building displays, performing planogram-based resets, and handling break-fix repairs across multiple client brands. Travel up to 90 miles from home to various store locations; work Monday–Friday with weekends optional. Requires independent work, timely communication with field services management, adherence to timelines, and use of mobile devices to complete job forms and images. Must follow client directives, maintain displays per planograms, and contribute to team installations (2+ people when required). Desired skills include installation/merchandising experience, proficiency with hand/power tools, ability to follow planograms, strong customer relationships, and reliable transportation; full-time field opportunities include paid training and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Must be 18 or older (due to insurance requirements).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
- Must own and use an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
- Ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift up to 60 lbs.
- Experience in installation and merchandising is beneficial but not mandatory.
