Job Summary

Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays while following planograms and client directives. Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues on TVs, kiosks, and interactive equipment. Capture and upload photos to document work using a mobile device, ensuring all assignments are fully completed on or before scheduled end dates. Maintain clean, organized work areas and communicate with field services management within 24 hours of contact. This role supports leading brands like Dell, Intel, and Google across various retail venues within a 90-mile travel radius, offering flexible Monday–Friday scheduling with daily pay and mileage reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have current auto insurance
  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle
  • Must be willing to travel up to 90 miles from your residence
  • Must be able to climb ladders up to 10 feet
  • Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs
  • Must be able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Must own an Android or Apple mobile device
  • Must be able to successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently
  • Must complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be available Monday through Friday
  • Must be available for weekend and holiday assignments as needed
  • Must be available for early morning and late-night assignments as needed
  • Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period
  • Must be able to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
  • Must be able to use a smartphone for various tasks, such as clocking in and out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet
  • Must be able to respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (typically within 24 hours)
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • Must be able to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively
  • Must be capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills
  • Must be able to adjust to the ever-changing variety of tasks and work environments
  • Must have effective communication abilities, primarily via phone, text, and email
  • Must be able to use a smartphone for various tasks, such as clocking in and out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet
  • Must be able to respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (typically within 24 hours, but may vary depending on the project/assignment/task/client/location being supported)
  • Must have proficiency with hand and power tool usage
  • Must be able to install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment
  • Must be able to update operating systems and software on display devices
  • Must be able to install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Must be able to capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device
  • Must be able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while representing the client professionally
  • Must be able to install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays
  • Must be able to complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs
  • Must be able to follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and client-specific merchandising directives with accuracy
  • Must be able to conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional
  • Must be able to participate in early morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people and provide solution feedback
  • Must be able to manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines
  • Must be able to contribute to the team's success by assisting other members as needed
  • Must be able to adhere to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to participate and complete training and certification programs
  • Must be able to accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/ workflows
  • Must be able to accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
  • Must be able to follow all directives as provided, executing fully and completely
  • Must be able to work closely within the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies
  • Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team: local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders
  • Must be able to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives, fostering collaboration and communication
  • Must be able to demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership abilities while representing the company
  • Must be able to set a high standard for behavior, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring transparent, respectful communication with all team members
  • Must be able to work across all aspects of the company and through cross-functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success
  • Must be able to ensure customer and client satisfaction is met / continually improved upon according to established shared service field KPIs as determined by field management
