Job Summary
Install and update sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays while performing buildouts, resets, and break-fix repairs. Execute planogram directives and client-specific instructions using mobile applications to track activity and upload photos. Manage store-level relationships, communicate with field services management within 24 hours, and complete necessary forms and surveys at each job site. Work independently on Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options, though weekend and early morning assignments may occur as needed. Travel up to 90 miles from home for assignments requiring reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device
- Must be able to successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently
- Must complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily
- Must be able to climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 60lbs
- Must be able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead
- Must be able to adjust to the ever-changing variety of tasks and work environments
- Must have effective communication abilities, primarily via phone, text, and email
- Must be able to use a smartphone for various tasks, such as clocking in and out, taking and uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet
- Must be able to respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (typically within 24 hours of contact)
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available Monday through Friday
- Must be available for weekend and holiday assignments as needed
- Must be available for early morning and late-night availability as needed
- Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period
- Must be able to accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
- Must be able to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Must demonstrate superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively
- Must be capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills
- Must be able to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail or merchandising experience
- Installation and merchandising experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tool usage
