Job Summary
Optimize product categories, sales concepts, and POS solutions while driving performance and market attractiveness. Lead strategic and operational projects by analyzing key performance indicators to identify improvement potential and ensure target achievement. Organize and evaluate practical tests for new processes, concepts, and POS presentations directly within markets. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, identify market trends and best practices, and develop innovative solutions. Facilitate knowledge transfer for sales advisors and market staff. Requires a commercial qualification with multiple years of experience in retail, sales, or category management. Annual gross salary from 37,000 Euro on a full-time basis. Flexible working hours and home office options available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HASCH oder Lehre)
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Daten, Kennzahlen und KI-Anwendungen
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen sowie vielfältige Prozesse einzuarbeiten
- Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit
