Job Summary
Retail/Deposit Operations Representative II performs deposit account research and fulfills Legal Services requests within specified deadlines, provides BSA/AML data to Fraud/BSA, and delivers back-office operations support including reconciliations, processing (EIP/Overdraft Privilege, statements, notices, tax forms), and reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining departmental documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting retirement-plan-related activities. Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of banking experience; onsite at Newtown, CT with a remote option of one day per week; strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office.
