Retail Department Supervisor

Lead frontline operations by promoting a highly satisfied customer experience through prompt issue resolution and loyalty program initiatives. Train and mentor associates on register transactions, policies, and procedures while providing constructive feedback on cashier performance. Manage cash controls, including change funds, and audit paperwork to ensure compliance with labor laws and operational standards. Assign registers, coordinate breaks for optimized coverage, and maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards throughout the store. Monitor equipment, report safety hazards, and handle damages or markouts of stock in adherence to company directives. Available to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
