Retail Department Supervisor

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck delivery and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience and ensure the store remains clean and organized. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock rotation, maintain organizational cleanliness, and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety programs, and recycling standards. Communicate priorities with management and the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient goods flow. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $17.90 to $18.40 per hour.
