Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise placement on the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and recycling programs. Train and mentor Associates on processing principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to meet store plans. Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient goods flow and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. This Retail Department Supervisor role at HomeGoods requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour. Candidates need one year of retail and six months of leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
