Retail Department Supervisor

Lead frontline operations by promoting a highly satisfied customer experience and driving loyalty through targeted programs. Train and mentor associates on register transactions, policies, and procedures while providing constructive feedback on cashier performance. Manage cash controls, including change funds, and assign registers to coordinate breaks for optimized coverage. Monitor equipment, maintain merchandising standards, and audit paperwork to ensure compliance with operational and loss prevention policies. Address customer concerns promptly and update the team on feedback, goals, and initiatives. Report safety hazards and adhere to all labor laws and break period policies. Available to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. Starting pay is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
