Job Summary
Retail Department Supervisor at TJX Companies responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training and mentoring Associates, ensuring tagging/coding accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized store to deliver an excellent customer experience. Role involves orchestrating truck deliveries, supervising backroom organization, coaching team productivity, coordinating with the Coordinator on Duty, and upholding compliance with labor laws, safety standards, recycling and hazardous-waste programs. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, adaptability to change, and the ability to train others while promoting store shrink-reduction initiatives and loyalty programs.
Required Qualifications
