Job Summary
Oversee front-of-store operations, lead and mentor Associates, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Promote loyalty programs, assign registers and coordinate POS coverage, address customer concerns promptly, and train Associates on front-end operations. Maintain store plan execution, communicate priorities to Management and staff, uphold labor laws and store policies, and participate in shrink reduction and safety initiatives. Demonstrate strong merchandising understanding, multitask effectively, and collaborate with management to meet goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to train others
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
