Retail Department supervisor

Retail Department Supervisor to grow department sales through merchandising, customer service, and store maintenance. Responsibilities include greeting customers with the Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach, ensuring merchandise is displayed and recovered per visual standards, knowing current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, supporting donation programs, assisting with receiving and pricing, training new associates, operating the register accurately, and maintaining store appearance with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent preferred, 6+ months retail experience preferred, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds, and standing for extended periods. Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer.
