Retail Department Supervisor Full Time

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize back stock rotation, and ensure goods are properly tagged, hung, and secured. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Communicate priorities with management, address shrink reduction goals, and maintain compliance with labor laws and safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Requires one year retail and six months leadership experience.
