Retail Department Supervisor Full Time Now Hiring

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize merchandise placement on the sales floor, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety awareness, and shrink reduction goals. Communicate priorities with management and provide constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $13.75 to $14.25 per hour.
