Retail Department Supervisor FT

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and labor policies. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to meet store plans. Rotate back stock for easy replenishment, ensure merchandise is properly tagged and secured, and communicate effectively with management to address priorities. Maintain organizational cleanliness in the backroom, uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and support shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with a starting pay of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour.
