Job Summary
Greet every customer with the "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long-term loyalty while driving sales through knowledge of current promotions. Merchandise and recover all department products per visual standards, assist with truck receiving, pricing, and register operations, and train new associates. Maintain store appearance and support Ollie's Army donation programs year-round. This role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly, with a preference for candidates holding a high school diploma and six months of retail experience. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6+ months retail experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates
