Job Summary
Supervise a team of associates to manage sales and stock functions while overseeing merchandising and floor setup for maximum customer service. Provide in-depth product knowledge, train and coach staff by leading by example, and ensure all advertised merchandise is set and signed correctly. Accurately complete all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies, utilizing POS systems and interpreting reports. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with preferred bachelor's degree, prior retail management experience, and availability for varied days and hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail sales management experience
- Ability to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports
- Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong selling and/or customer service experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
