Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the store by acting as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures are executed, and maintaining accurate associate coverage. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure team performance aligns with the store plan and operational procedures. Prioritize tasks as needed, communicate effectively with management, and support shrink reduction and safety goals. Act as a Key Carrier when store needs dictate, taking on a leadership role. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $17.75 to $18.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
