Retail Department Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and stocked according to the merchandising philosophy. Train and mentor Associates on established principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure adherence to store plans and labor policies. Rotate back stock for easy replenishment, maintain organizational cleanliness in the backroom, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Communicate effectively with management and the Coordinator on Duty to address priorities and provide progress updates. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $13.75 to $14.25 per hour.
