Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize goods onto the sales floor, and train staff on merchandising principles. Monitor team productivity, coach as necessary, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and recycling programs while supporting shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. This role supports Sierra Store operations within TJX's off-price retailer network.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation

- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
