Retail Department Coordinator

Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt customer service, promotion of loyalty programs, and adherence to store plans. Lead by example by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean environment, and addressing concerns promptly. Train and coach staff on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience while assigning registers and coordinating breaks. Support POS coverage needs, respond to management on priorities, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety protocols. Promote shrink reduction goals and credit initiatives. Available for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; starting pay is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Requires one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience.
