Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize back stock rotation, and ensure goods are properly tagged, hung, and secured. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Communicate with management to set priorities, address shrink reduction goals, and promote safety awareness. Adhere to labor laws, recycling programs, and organizational cleanliness standards while providing constructive feedback. Requires one year of retail and six months of leadership experience; flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
