Job Summary
Lead frontline customer experience by addressing concerns promptly, updating associates on feedback and goals, and driving loyalty through targeted programs. Train and mentor all Associates on policies, procedures, and cashier performance while providing constructive feedback. Manage cash controls including change funds, assign registers, coordinate breaks for optimized coverage, and audit paperwork. Monitor equipment, maintain merchandising standards in the queue-line, and ensure proper handling of damages and out-of-stock items. Report safety hazards and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention policies. Available for flexible schedules including evenings and weekends, this role offers a starting pay of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour at the Sierra store in Twin Falls, ID.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent degree
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Able to work as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations
- Able to train and provide direction to others
- Able to run a register/handle money
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience
