Retail Department Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck delivery and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and rotating back stock for easy replenishment. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure tasks align with the store plan. Communicate priorities with management, address shrink reduction goals, and maintain compliance with labor laws and safety protocols. Requires one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience. Starting pay is $13.75 to $14.25 per hour. Flexible schedule includes nights and weekends.
