Job Summary
Role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards, training associates, ensuring efficient processing and flow of goods onto the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining organized backroom and stock, and partnering with management on priorities and safety/compliance. Requires ability to lead and mentor staff, manage tagging and shelving, communicate effectively, and adapt to scheduling needs including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
