Job Summary
The Key Carrier role extends the Coordinator role, alternating duties to lead store operations as needed. Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining associate coverage and customer experience, coaching and developing Associates, guiding opening/closing procedures, communicating priorities to management and staff, and supporting safety, shrink reduction, and training initiatives. Demonstrates exceptional customer service, multitasking, problem solving, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to schedule changes, including nights and weekends. The position requires flexibility, teamwork, and effective delegation to meet store goals across departments. Location-focused duties include maintaining standards in the Wheat Ridge, CO area under TJX Companies’ store operations.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
