Job Summary
Retail Department Coordinator leads frontline operations to deliver a highly-satisfied customer experience, trains and mentors Associates on cashier transactions, assigns registers and schedules coverage, upholds policies, supports merchandising and loss-prevention standards, and drives customer loyalty across multiple areas of the store. The role requires strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to train others, and comfort handling cash and confidential information, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Location: Riverton, UT. Starting pay range: $14.50-$15.00/hour.
