Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing a front-of-store team of Associates, training and mentoring staff on front-end principles, and ensuring courteous service and loyalty-program promotion. Responsibilities include assigning registers, coordinating POS coverage and breaks, addressing customer concerns promptly, enforcing store plans and labor policies, communicating priority updates to management and Associates, supporting shrink-reduction initiatives, promoting safety, and partnering with management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- strong communication and organizational skills
- team player and ability to train others
- ability to respond to changes and priorities with attention to detail
