Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize goods flow, and train staff on merchandising principles. Monitor team productivity, coach as necessary, and organize back stock rotation. Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded while upholding safety, recycling, and labor compliance standards. Communicate priorities with management and provide progress updates. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
