Retail Department Coordinator Part Time

Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing front-of-store activities, training and mentoring Associates, coordinating POS coverage, and ensuring adherence to store plans while promoting loyalty programs. Leads by example in customer interactions, maintains a clean and organized store, supports management on training needs, and helps drive store performance and safety. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to respond to changes, coordinate tasks, and train others; the role involves working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
