Retail Department Coordinator- Jacksonville, IL

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensure the store remains clean and organized, and properly tag, hang, and secure all goods. Train and mentor Associates on established principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure adherence to store plans and labor laws. Rotate back stock for easy replenishment, maintain organizational cleanliness in the backroom, and support shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with a starting pay of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. Requires one year of retail and six months of leadership experience.
