Job Summary
Grow Your Career by supporting store management with administrative functions, ensuring an excellent customer experience through engaged interactions, maintaining organized store operations, onboarding new Associates, maintaining Associate personnel files, handling daily cash office functions, and assisting with scheduling, coverage, training, and adherence to labor laws. Role includes coordinating with Management on training needs, communicating priorities, providing feedback, promoting safety and store standards, and contributing to shrink reduction and credit/loyalty programs. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes, with a focus on teamwork and a positive customer experience.
