Job Summary
Retail Department Coordinator - Front End at TJX leads the frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience, trains and mentors Associates on frontline execution of all register transactions, maintains cash controls, assigns registers and breaks for optimized coverage, monitors equipment, enforces policies and procedures, and upholds merchandising and safety standards while supporting loss prevention and customer programs. The role requires high school or equivalent, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, ability to train others, strong customer service, cash handling, and teamwork across multiple store areas.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred
- Able to train and provide direction to others
- Able to run a register/handle money
- Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
