Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize merchandise processing on the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and labor policies. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and rotate back stock for efficient replenishment. Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth goods flow and address priorities as needed. This role supports store shrink reduction goals, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and requires adherence to established labor laws and procedures.
