Retail Deparment Coordinator (Supervisor)

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with customers to maintain a clean, organized store and ensure Associates complete tasks according to the store plan. Train and mentor staff on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock rotation, uphold signage standards, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Communicate priorities with management, address shrink reduction goals, and maintain a safe environment. Requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $13.75 to $14.25 per hour.
