Job Summary
Deliver cannabis products safely and efficiently to customers' homes while maintaining clean, safe delivery vehicles and accurate documentation. Greet store guests warmly, process transactions, and assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and inventory tasks. Communicate professionally during deliveries and in-store interactions, resolving concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty programs. Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge while adapting quickly to a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 25 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Use hands and fingers to feel, reach with hands and arms
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Clear vision at 20 inches or less
- Clear vision at 20 feet or more
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors
- Ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point
- Three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships
- Ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- High stress tolerance
- Adaptability, and be flexible to work in an ever-changing environment

- Previous experience in a regulated retail environment
- Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations
