Job Summary
Deliver cannabis products safely and efficiently to customer homes while maintaining professional communication and adhering to all state regulations. Greet store guests, process transactions, and assist with opening/closing procedures, restocking, and inventory tasks to keep the retail environment clean and organized. Plan delivery routes, handle cash payments, and complete required documentation while managing delivery status updates for customers and internal teams. Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge in a fast-paced setting that requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 25 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to use hands and fingers to feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Clear vision at 20 inches or less
- Clear vision at 20 feet or more
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors
- Ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point
- Three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships
- Ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- High stress tolerance
- Adaptability, and be flexible to work in an ever-changing environment
