Job Summary
Monitor daily auto lending applications, contact dealers to confirm funding intent, and escalate at-risk deals to prevent fallout. Proactively re-engage inactive dealerships, coordinate with Relationship Managers for site visits, and maintain regional reactivation trackers. Act as the central liaison between dealers and Lending Operations to streamline communication, address documentation needs, and resolve funding obstacles. Analyze conversion metrics, present performance trends to leadership, and support the rollout of new pricing programs and incentives. Ensure full compliance with lending regulations and maintain accurate confidential data.
Required Qualifications
- At a minimum, Associates Degree in Business Management or Finance
- Equivalent work experience may be substituted for the associate's degree requirement
- 5 or more years of experience performing similar jobs in a financial institution
- Strong understanding of indirect auto lending processes and dealership operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and execute proactive outreach
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate an on-line computer terminal and other standard office equipment, such as financial calculators, personal computer, facsimile machine and telephone
- Corrected vision within the normal range
- Hearing within normal range
- Overnight stays could be required for regions that require extended travel away from home base
- Travel by plane or other public conveyance is required to attend meetings at headquarters, provide support at dealerships outside of assigned region, and attend conferences/training as deemed necessary by management
