Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, including taking bets on sports/events, processing cash transactions, and demonstrating products and betting terminals. Handle customer complaints with empathy, work toward defined targets, maintain high shop standards, and open/close the shop. Role requires availability Monday–Friday 5pm–10pm and Saturday–Sunday 8am–10pm with a weekly rota of about 16 hours. Emphasizes safer gambling and an inclusive, equal-opportunity workplace.
