Retail Customer Service - Weekends and Evenings

As a Retail Customer Service Manager in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, you will deliver outstanding customer service, handle cash transactions, take bets on sports/events, demonstrate products and betting terminals, resolve customer concerns with empathy, and work toward defined targets while maintaining high shop standards. You will open or close the shop, support a safe and inclusive environment, and manage a weekly rota with evening and weekend availability (including bank holidays). The role emphasizes safer gambling, customer engagement, and delivering a positive store experience in a fast-paced retail setting; prior customer-facing experience and familiarity with cash handling are preferred.
