Job Summary
Oversees a Front-of-Store team of Associates to deliver an excellent customer experience, promoting loyalty programs and maintaining a clean, organized store. Leads by example in customer interactions, trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles, assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage. Addresses customer concerns promptly, communicates priorities with management and staff, and provides progress updates. Collaborates with Management on training needs, ensures compliance with labor laws and store policies, and supports shrink reduction and safety initiatives. Emphasizes delivering personalized customer service, fostering a culture of honesty and integrity, and promoting credit and loyalty programs. Performs other duties as assigned while maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment and contributing to the store’s overall operation and success.
