Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Experience Lead) provides exceptional pet-parent service and leads store associates to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsible for coaching and mentoring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback; leads as Leader on Duty; supports services, events, adoptions, and partnerships; handles POS operations and cash transactions; ensures store cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance; manages live pet sales/adoptions and readiness for customer interactions; requires full-time availability with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Leadership experience preferred.
