Job Summary
PetSmart’s Experience Lead (Retail Customer Service Supervisor) provides exceptional pet parent service and oversees store operations, including training and coaching of associates, handling daily tasks as Leader on Duty, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, promoting PetSmart events and loyalty initiatives, processing online orders for in-store pickup, and assisting with live pet adoptions and merchandise promotion. The role requires supervision of associates, strong communication, customer service excellence, ability to manage POS/cash handling, inventory and cycle counts, and adherence to store policies. The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, operational execution, and delivering a positive pet parent experience in a full-time in-store setting.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
