Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service using the T.R.E.A.T. model by assisting inquiries, locating items, completing purchases, and processing point-of-sale transactions accurately. Maintain visually appealing displays, restock assigned areas, and merchandise new items per guidelines while ensuring a safe, organized environment through proactive cleaning. Train and coordinate assigned associates, manage breaks, and handle daily damages and returns according to established procedures. Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to store leadership. This part-time role requires basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and good communication abilities. Overnight and weekend assignments may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math and reading skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work as needed by the business including nights and weekends
- Should be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail merchandising, customer service and/or cashier experience in other retail environments
